Introduction.
This was my first UX/UI project, and it holds a special place in my career journey. The project involved a complete redesign of Mudafy, a real estate web platform, making it accessible, simple and fast. The main goal was to improve the user experience for people looking to buy, rent, or sell properties in Argentina and Mexico.

Analysis.
In the first stage, I dedicated myself to learning about and collecting all existing information on the platform, seeing what had been done, understanding the "why" of certain decisions, and aligning objectives with stakeholders.

Members of the sales and development team were interviewed.
User research.
I reviewed previous interviews, usability records (HotJar), and existing documentation before conducting interviews with business advisors and creating potential personas. One of the key challenges was understanding the process deeply, as it is very personal and intimate, involving a major life decision that only happens a few times. Since user profiles varied between Mexico and Argentina, we created Lourdes as a persona that balances the similarities between both countries.

User insights.
To enhance the design, both market trends and user perceptions on platforms like the App Store were explored. This helped identify key areas for improvement and adjust the product to better align with users' real expectations.

Competitive analysis.
Conducted a benchmark analysis by reviewing both direct and indirect experiences people have when searching for a place to live. Given the highly varied market, also analyzed multiple platforms and competitors, each with a different approach, to identify what makes them stand out.








Organizing information.
With what was collected, I highlighted keywords that were repeated throughout the interviews. Then I used the saturate and group technique to understand what would be the keys during the whole process.
Based on this foundation, I went back to the competition to understand how they solved problems similar to those in Mudafy, identifying components, key sections, and analyzing them in depth.
